revenue growth. Skilled in building client relationships, market analysis, and aligning sales strategies

JOB DESCRIPTION

? Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business

targets and deliver high performance

? Appoint and manage distribution networks for wider market

coverage.

? Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets.

? Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies.

? Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through quality service.

? Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance

analysis.

? Coordinate with marketing and other departments to support sales

initiatives.

? Drive profitability while aligning sales operations with company

objectives.

Qualification: ? MBA (Marketing) with same industries

? Strong leadership and team management skills.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to analyse data, forecast sales, and make strategic decisions.

Experience:

? Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar Industries,

preferably in the manufacturing industry.

CTC per annum: 6-8 Lacs Per Annum Total Experience: Min 6 years
