Role Summary:



We are looking for a highly driven and experienced

Sales Manager

to lead and grow our freight forwarding sales function. This role demands a strategic thinker who can build strong client relationships, drive revenue, and mentor a sales team while delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and market penetration Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across air, sea, and road freight Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with importers, exporters, and logistics partners Lead and mentor a small sales team, setting goals and monitoring performance Collaborate with pricing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute directly to the company's bottom line Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions Represent the company in meetings, client presentations, and industry events

Candidate Profile:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding Strong industry network and knowledge of freight markets (air/sea/road) Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to work independently with a result-oriented mindset Proficiency in MS Office
