Key Responsibilities

Develop & maintain strong customer relationships. Drive sales for

Ocean & Air Freight (LCL/FCL, Imports & Exports)

. Focus on acquiring and managing

direct exporters & importers

. Achieve monthly & annual sales targets (

GP, TEUs, Tonnage

). Lead

solution-based selling, client negotiations & market expansion

. Manage bookings, space allocation, and support customs clearance coordination. Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and ensure timely submission of sales plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Candidate Profile

Proven track record in

Freight Forwarding Sales (Air & Sea)

.

USA Trade Lane experience preferred

(North America / South America / Latin America). Candidates with other trade lane experience (Asia, Middle East, Europe, etc.) may also apply. Should carry a

business portfolio / client base

. Strong

communication, negotiation & result-oriented approach

. Leadership skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
