Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and engage potential franchise partners.
Present the franchise model, investment details, and business potential effectively.
Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring mutual value creation.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads with regular follow-ups.
Share market insights, progress updates, and reports with senior management.
Travel across the assigned region to execute expansion plans and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of sales or business development experience (franchise, retail, FMCG, pharma preferred).
Strong local network and ability to influence decision makers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about fieldwork.
