Drive franchise sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies in new and existing markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure long-term success.
Lead and guide the sales team focused on franchise acquisition and growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to optimize strategies.
Prepare regular sales and franchise development reports for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5-6 years of experience in sales with proven expertise in franchise development or franchise sales.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to close high-value franchise deals.
Good understanding of franchise models, outlet expansion, and business growth strategies.
