Detech Solutions provider seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our IT project sales efforts. We're looking for a strategic leader who can drive revenue growth, build strong relationships, and deliver high-value solutions.

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth

- Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business and expand existing relationships

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT project space

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions

- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives

Requirements:
