Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in Food Ingredients & Premixes to join our growing team. This role involves managing sales operations, developing key customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and business growth within the assigned region

Develop and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food ingredients/premixes sector

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets

Edible Oil

Milk

Rice

Flour

Salt

Mid-Day Meal programs

RUTF (Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Food) / RUSF (Ready-to-Use Supplementary Food)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Technology, or related field

Proven experience in B2B sales or business development in food ingredients/premix industry

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions

Self-motivated and able to work independently and in teams

Willingness to travel as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,885.27 - ₹50,539.53 per month
