:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Professional to drive growth in the B2B Food Ingredients segment. The ideal candidate will handle top and mid-tier accounts across categories such as Bakery, Protein, Snacks, Premix, Beverages, RTD/RTE, QSR, and online food businesses. The role focuses on expanding customer relationships, offering innovative ingredient solutions, and contributing to overall revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Account & Sales Management:- Manage and grow sales within the assigned region by understanding customer needs, challenges, and business objectives.- Build and maintain strong B2B customer relationships across multiple food categories.- Take complete ownership of sales performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue achievement.Business Development:- Identify new business opportunities and drive concept selling for ingredient-based solutions.- Build and maintain a strong project pipeline through ongoing customer engagement and new product introductions.- Develop potential customers through proactive outreach, technical discussions, and value-based selling.Market Insight & Strategy:- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.- Analyze competitors' strengths and weaknesses to position the company's value proposition effectively.- Align with marketing and sales strategies, including segmentation, pricing, and product positioning.Planning & Execution:- Translate the sales budget into clear, actionable sales plans.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Technical, Operations) to deliver effective customer solutions.- Ensure timely communication and coordination between customers and internal teams for smooth and efficient execution.Requirements:- Strong experience in B2B sales within the Food Ingredients / Food Technology sector.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to understand technical product details and convert them into customer-focused solutions.- Strong strategic thinking and customer-centric approach.- Ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams.- Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving growth targets.Additional Details:Experience: 2 -13 YearsQualification: M.Tech / B.Tech / Dairy Tech / Food TechnologyNOTE : Freshers with strong interest in food ingredients sales may also apply (ref:updazz.com)
