  • Lead and manage retail sales operations.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Analyse sales trends and market data to develop strategic recommendations.
  • Grow existing retail partnerships and open new accounts.
  • Conduct business analysis and deliver impactful presentations to expand product distribution and optimize shelf positioning.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Optimize profitability by product category and customer.
  • Support forecasting activities and contribute to planning cycles.
  • Monitor and control sales budgets and expenses.
  • Regularly review sales performance data to assess opportunities and threats.
  • Travel for market visits, client meetings, and store audits as required (travel expenses will be reimbursed).
  • Represent Nomi Flavours at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Qualifications: xe2x80xa2 Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. xe2x80xa2 Minimum 3- 5 years of sales experience in FMCG/F&B/CPG industries, preferably handling modern and general trade. xe2x80xa2 Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and expanding market reach. xe2x80xa2 Based in or willing to work from Andheri West, Mumbai. Skills: xe2x80xa2 Strong leadership, prioritization, and decision-making skills. xe2x80xa2 Excellent business analysis and negotiation skills. xe2x80xa2 Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. xe2x80xa2 Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. xe2x80xa2 Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). xe2x80xa2 Ability to identify opportunities and drive growth initiatives.
