Urgent hiring for Sales Manager

Profile: Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and manage sales operations across

Maharashtra

and

Karnataka

regions. Handle and expand the

dealer/distributor network

for product distribution. Identify and appoint new

dealers/distributors

to strengthen market presence. Achieve monthly and quarterly

sales targets

as defined by management. Conduct regular

market visits

, monitor competitor activities, and ensure brand visibility. Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and key retailers. Plan and execute

promotional activities

, schemes, and product demonstrations. Submit

daily/weekly sales reports

and provide market insights to management. Ensure proper coordination with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.

Requirements:

Proven experience (3-5 years) in

General Trade Sales

, preferably in FMCG/dry fruits/snacks segment. Strong network management and negotiation skills. Must be

willing to travel extensively

across assigned territories. Good communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
