Salary: UP TO 70K

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:

Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Team Management:

Leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of sales representatives.

Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.

Market Analysis:

Identifying market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities.

Performance Monitoring:

Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement.

Customer Satisfaction:

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support and issue resolution.

Coordination:

Collaborating with other departments (marketing, supply chain, etc.) to ensure seamless operations and alignment on business objectives.
