About Us:
We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our FIRO BLOCK Fire Stop sales team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll drive business growth, build relationships with architects, engineers, and contractors, most importantly FACADE CONSULTANTS and promote our innovative fire safety solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and grow the FIRO BLOCK Fire Stop product portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales support materials
- Provide technical sales support and product training to customers and partners
- Achieve sales targets and expand market share
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in the construction or fire safety industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and industry trends
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business)
