Job Summary



We are looking for an experienced

Sales Manager

to lead and grow our

Fire Protection Systems & AMC business

. The candidate will be responsible for

sales planning, client acquisition, team management, revenue growth, and closing high-value contracts

including

Fire AMC, Installation Projects.



Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development



Generate new business for

Fire AMC (Hydrant, Detection, Extinguisher)

and

Fire Projects

Develop and execute monthly & yearly

sales targets

Identify new clients:

Builders, Industries, IT Parks, Hospitals, Malls

Handle

key accounts

and long-term AMC renewals Prepare and negotiate

quotations, BOQs, contracts & pricing

Close deals independently and through the sales team

Team Management



Lead, train & monitor

field sales executives

Track daily activities, visits, leads & closures Conduct weekly sales review meetings Ensure discipline, performance & productivity of the team

Client Coordination



Coordinate with

projects, service & operations teams

Ensure smooth execution after sales closure Handle client escalations and maintain relationships Support audits, inspections & compliance requirements

Reporting & CRM



Maintain accurate data in

CRM / Excel / Zoho / Jira

Track: Leads vs Conversions AMC status & renewals Revenue & pending payments Share weekly & monthly performance reports with management

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree (Engineering / Marketing preferred) Strong knowledge of

Fire Fighting Systems & Fire AMC

Excellent communication & negotiation skills Ability to close high-value B2B deals Leadership and team-handling experience Familiarity with

tenders, BOQs, pricing strategy

Good knowledge of

local fire norms & compliance


Preferred Experience



Fire Hydrant Systems Fire Alarm & Detection Systems Fire Extinguishers (Sales / AMC / Refilling) Liaison with Fire Department & Consultants
