Key Responsibilities
Drive
merchant acquisition
and onboard fintech, NBFC, e-commerce, and enterprise clients.
Build and maintain
relationships with banks, payment partners, and enterprise accounts
.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored Paywize solutions (payouts, collections, bill pay, APIs).
Deliver
sales presentations, demos, and proposals
to CXO-level stakeholders.
Negotiate commercials, contracts, and close high-value deals.
Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth go-lives.
Track KPIs: revenue, TPV growth, client activation, retention.
Represent Paywize at industry events, fintech forums, and partner meetings.
Maintain
accurate CRM entries and sales pipeline reporting
.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5-8 years of B2B sales/business development experience, with at least 3+ years in
fintech/payments/financial services
.
Strong knowledge of
digital payment products
(UPI, IMPS, NEFT, Cards, Wallets, BBPS).
Demonstrated success in
closing enterprise deals
with measurable revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Network with banks, PSPs, NBFCs, or fintechs is a strong plus.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
.
Preferred
Experience selling
API-first payment solutions
or fintech SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with
RBI guidelines, PCI DSS, ISO 27001
compliance in payments.
Prior relationships with banks, NBFCs, or large fintech players.
Strong understanding of
merchant onboarding, commercials, and settlement cycles
.
