: Sales Manager (Female) - UPVC & Aluminium Windows

We are looking for a

dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Manager

with proven experience in the

UPVC and Aluminium Windows & Doors industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the

UPVC and aluminium windows and doors

market.

Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and prepare quotations.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Requirements:

Gender:

Female (Preferred)

Minimum Experience:

3 years in

UPVC / Aluminium Windows & Doors industry

(mandatory)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.

Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Own two-wheeler preferred (for client visits).
