About the Role
You will lead walk-ins, membership conversions, and client relationship management while ensuring daily sales targets and smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle gym walk-ins, enquiries, and follow-ups
Convert leads into memberships
Manage CRM and daily sales reports
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure member satisfaction
Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth operations
Plan and execute in-house promotions to boost conversions
Oversee front desk discipline and customer experience
Requirements
Excellent communication and confidence in client handling
Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (fitness industry is a plus)
Target-driven mindset
Pleasant personality and professional attitude
