Job Summary :-



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to align with our sales efforts in the advertising media space. This role primarily focuses on outdoor advertising (OOH), while also expanding across digital media, print, and other advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong network, a deep understanding of the media landscape, and the ability to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing key accounts..

Key Responsibilities :-



Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets across outdoor, digital, and other media platforms. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and regional clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored advertising solutions that meet their marketing objectives. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction. Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and business growth.

Qualifications & Skills :-



3+ years of experience in media sales, preferably in outdoor advertising and digital media. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios. Strong understanding of advertising trends and media planning/buying processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
