Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate professional to assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial properties. The candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties Conduct property site visits and inspections Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and legal requirements Prepare and manage property listings and marketing materials Negotiate deals and close transactions successfully Coordinate with legal teams, banks, and other stakeholders Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market trends

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of local property markets Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
