. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the aquaculture sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote fish and shrimp feed products.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, and feed consultants.
Identify new markets, conduct field visits, and analyze customer needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and field staff.
Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of feed.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Organize farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and training sessions.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline.
Key Requirements:
Education:
MBA in Marketing or any Degree
Experience:
Minimum 4-8 years of experience in sales of aquaculture feeds (fish and/or shrimp).
Strong knowledge of aquaculture practices, feed application, and farm management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territories.
