Job description The candidate for this position should be creating and closing new opportunities. He will identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.Responsibilities Successfully create and handle business from new and existing customer accounts such as architects, builders, interior designers, contractors and any such accounts which can give company a recurring business. Reaching out to new potential projects and work towards converting those leads into business. Prepare lighting estimates for new enquiries generated as per the requirement of the potential clients, negotiating tender and contract terms, to meet both clients and company needs . Subsequent follow ups. Incentives will be given on deals closed. Coordination on placing orders and supply of material to clients. Handle inquiries that will be provided to them through company's social media campaign. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs. Must be willing to travel extensively and generate business by creating inquiry from meeting new and existing customer. Ensure employees provide excellent customer service and handle complaints with professionalism.Qualifications 3-5 years experienced project manager with history of working in lighting industry for various sectors such as hospitality, retail, infrastructure, heritage buildings, commercial sectors etc. .Good product knowledge is a must. Experience and working knowledge of MS Office. Skilled in Understanding Design & Concept of Designers & Architects, Analytical Skills, AutoCAD, DiaLUX, IESNA, Sales, Purchase, Logistics - An Overall Roll of Managing and performing various responsibilities at same time. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
