Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading sales initiatives. This role requires a creative sales approach combined with strong relationship-building skills to connect with diverse clients in the events and photography industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in wedding, corporate, and event photography markets
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Create compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and photography consultations
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event managers, corporate clients, and individual customers
Understand client vision and requirements to recommend appropriate photography packages
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular sales reports
Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative service offerings
Participate in bridal shows, trade exhibitions, and networking events
Market Development
Research market trends and competitor activities in the photography industry
Identify emerging opportunities in new market segments
Build strategic partnerships with vendors, venues, and event professionals
Develop pricing strategies for different market segments
Team Collaboration
Work closely with photographers and creative team to ensure seamless service delivery
Coordinate with operations team for project scheduling and resource allocation
Provide client feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
Required QualificationsEducation & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
5-8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in photography, events, or creative services industry
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong consultative selling skills with ability to understand client needs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
