Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily showroom sales operations Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets Develop sales strategies to increase revenue Handle customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction Monitor inventory, sales reports, and performance Coordinate with management for promotions and offers

Job Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience as a Manager

OR

Minimum

5 years of experience in Sales

Experience in the

furniture industry

will be an added advantage Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to handle targets and work independently
