- Job Title: Sales Manager - Enterprise Accounts- Department: Sales & Business Development - Location: NCR (Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon) - Territory: North India - Experience: 7-10 Years (with a System Integrator) - Reports To: Regional Sales Head (JD):We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager - Enterprise Accounts to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise solution sales, specifically in Data Networks, IT Security, and Audio/Video Solutions, along with a proven track record of working across industry verticals.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities in enterprise and select PSU accounts across North India.- Build and manage a healthy sales funnel through proactive hunting and lead generation activities.- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, and IT/ITES verticals.- Promote and sell solutions related to Data Networks, Cyber security, and Audio/Video Collaboration, with an added advantage for experience in IP PBX and Contact Centre solutions.- Work closely with internal solution architects and pre-sales teams to deliver customized proposals and win deals.- Engage with and leverage relationships with OEMs such as Cisco, Juniper, HP, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Poly, Logitech, etc.- Track and manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately using CRM tools.- Own and deliver on Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales Targets aligned with the company's revenue objectives.- Achieve and exceed sales goals while ensuring high customer satisfaction and account retention.Job Specification (JS):Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/IT/Technology or related field. MBA preferred.- Relevant OEM certifications in Networking, Cyber security, or Artificial Intelligence will be an added advantage.Experience:- 7 to 10 years of sales experience with a System Integrator organization.- Hands-on experience in selling Data Networks, Security Solutions, Audio/Video Collaboration Tools, and preferably IP PBX and Contact Centre solutions.- Proven experience in working with enterprise clients across varied verticals.Technical & Domain Knowledge:- Strong understanding of networking and security technologies and the ability to map customer pain points with solution offerings.- Familiarity with major OEM products and licensing models (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, Poly, etc.).- Awareness of the AI solution landscape and its applicability in enterprise environments.Skills & Attributes:- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- High level of initiative and a proactive approach to solving problems and closing deals.- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and market trends.- Excellent organizational and presentation skills.- Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset.Other Requirements:- Must be based in NCR (preferably Gurgaon) and open to travel across the North India region.- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.- Comfortable owning performance targets and sales numbers at a monthly, quarterly, and annual level.
