Responsibilities:
Generate new business and manage enterprise & academic accounts
Build relationships with HR, L&D heads, and academic coordinators
Handle proposals, RFPs, contracts, and closures
Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate pipeline in CRM
Represent SFJBS at industry and academic events
Requirements:
5-10+ years in B2B sales, preferably IT training, enterprise software, or education sector
Knowledge of certification training programs
Strong network with enterprises and academic institutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel extensively
