Key Responsibilities
Drive student admissions and course enrollments
Lead, train, and motivate the sales/admissions team
Handle walk-ins, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation activities
Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics
Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Target-oriented mindset with leadership ability
Ability to manage a team and achieve enrollment goals
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
