Roles & Responsibilities



Drive

sales growth

and maximize lead-to-enrollment conversions at the center. Establish and monitor

sales performance metrics

, providing coaching, training, and motivation to the team. Implement and optimize

sales processes

for improved efficiency and higher conversion rates. Build and maintain

strong customer relationships

, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the

marketing team

to execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Generate and analyze

sales reports & enrollment data

, providing insights for strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with

company policies, quality standards, and brand guidelines

. Work closely with faculty, franchisees, and instructors to drive learner outcomes, referrals, and brand advocacy. Act as a bridge between

franchise partners

and internal teams to ensure alignment and compliance.

Desired Skills & Qualifications



Graduate / Post-Graduate with

5+ years of proven experience in education sales

or related industries. Strong

sales leadership

with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Excellent

team management, coaching, and mentoring

skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and drive decisions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a

target-driven, fast-paced environment
