Roles & Responsibilities
Drive
sales growth
and maximize lead-to-enrollment conversions at the center.
Establish and monitor
sales performance metrics
, providing coaching, training, and motivation to the team.
Implement and optimize
sales processes
for improved efficiency and higher conversion rates.
Build and maintain
strong customer relationships
, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the
marketing team
to execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Generate and analyze
sales reports & enrollment data
, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with
company policies, quality standards, and brand guidelines
.
Work closely with faculty, franchisees, and instructors to drive learner outcomes, referrals, and brand advocacy.
Act as a bridge between
franchise partners
and internal teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Post-Graduate with
5+ years of proven experience in education sales
or related industries.
Strong
sales leadership
with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent
team management, coaching, and mentoring
