Key Responsibilities
Lead, train and motivate the academic counselors/sales team
Plan and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Generate leads through various channels and manage follow-ups
Conduct product presentations, counselling sessions & conversions
Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports
Work closely with management to improve processes and drive growth
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualification
3-4 years experience in
sales

preferred in Ed-Tech sector
Minimum 1 year experience in a
team leader/managerial role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to meet targets within timelines
Proficient in CRM tools & reporting
