We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Officer to join our software team. You will help drive sales, build client relationships, and manage transactions. This role is key in meeting sales targets and growing our client base for ongoing and new software projects.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy:

Create and apply sales plans for Software products.

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers

Lead Generation:

Find new sales opportunities through networking, research, and events. Follow up on leads to close deals.

Site Visits:

Organize and lead site visits, highlighting key features of the projects.

Negotiation:

Negotiate pricing, and terms for a win-win outcome.

Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Market Research:

Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitors.

Reporting:

Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and performance reports to the management.

Collaboration:

Work with marketing, and digital teams to meet customer needs.

Customer Service:

Respond quickly to customer questions and concerns.

Contract Management:

Manage the preparation and review of sales contracts, ensuring they meet legal and company standards.

Education Requirements:



Master's Degree, MBA in Marketing,

Experience Requirements:



2 years of sales experience in sales fields. Proven success in sales and customer management.

Skills:



Sales Expertise:

Strong knowledge of the current market, including multiple projects.

Negotiation:

Skilled in closing deals and building long-term client relationships.

Communication:

Clear and effective communication skills.

Target-Oriented:

Focused on achieving sales goals.

Market Knowledge:

Good understanding of local trends and pricing.

Presentation:

Able to deliver strong sales presentations and site tours.

Tech Skills:

Comfortable using CRM software and MS Office.

Preferred Skills:



Ability to lead a sales team and mentor junior staff.
