Role Summary:
The Sales Manager (AM) plays a critical role in leading and supervising a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve sales targets for TATA AIAs life insurance products. The AM ensures effective team management, goal achievement, and alignment with organizational objectives.

D Key Result Areas * ARM Recruitment and Development:

  • Identify, Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of 6 to 7 ARMs.
  • Ensure the team operates at full strength by hiring or replacing ARMs as needed within the manpower budget.
  • Business Planning, Implementation & Goalsheet Drive:
  • Drive ARMs to achieve their defined goal sheet.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement business plans.
  • Execute strategies to meet sales targets and enhance market presence.
  • Supervision and Review:
  • Monitor, evaluate, and review ARM performance.
  • Conduct periodic reviews with the Zonal Head (supervisor).
  • Address performance gaps and provide constructive feedback to ARMs.
  • Timely Reporting:
  • Submit required reports within specified timelines.
  • Provide accurate data on team performance and business metrics.
