Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager - Insurance (Life / Health / General)

Experience:

1-3 Years

Industry: Insurance (IRDA Regulated)

:

Sell Life, Health, and General Insurance products

Generate leads through field sales, referrals, and digital channels

Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and exclusions to customers

Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth

Ensure accurate documentation, KYC, and IRDA compliance

Manage renewals, customer retention, and relationship building

Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams when required

Skills Required:

Insurance sales & marketing

Knowledge of IRDA guidelines

Lead generation & closing skills

Strong communication & negotiation abilities

Customer relationship management

Familiarity with CRM tools

Qualification :

Graduate in any discipline
