Identify and source MSME/Business Loan/LAP/Home Loan/Personal Loan customers.
Generate leads through field work, references, DSAs, connectors and market visits.
Explain loan products, eligibility and documentation to customers.
Collect and verify customer documents.
Coordinate with Credit & Operations team for login and disbursement.
Maintain daily sales MIS and follow-up with customers.
Achieve assigned monthly login & disbursement targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI norms.
Will be responsible to do individual sales.
