Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare sales forecasts, monthly/quarterly reports, and performance analysis.
Coordinate with marketing, production, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Ensure timely collection of payments and achievement of revenue goals.
Handle key client negotiations and close high-value deals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in sales (managerial role preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
