Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of construction machinery and related solutions. This role leads the sales team, develops market strategies, manages key accounts, and builds strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments Manage key accounts and maintain long-term relationships with major clients and dealers Oversee pricing, negotiations, contracts, and closing of high-value deals Coordinate with marketing, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth sales execution Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management
Required Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management Strong understanding of customer needs Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
