We are looking for an efficient and self driven customer-focused Relationship Manager to build & maintain strong client relationships. , who is aware of the numbers game and is passionate about Sales .The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of all categories ,building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to cross sell , up sell services according to the needs and requirements of the clients
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
3+ years in a client-facing role, preferably in aesthetics or healthcare.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and CRM skills.
Passion for aesthetics and client care.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
Assist clients through the onboarding process, introducing them to our services , providing individual assessment & processing treatment plans.
The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of all categories & achieving target.
Address and resolve client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Recommend additional treatments and services to enhance client results.
Collaborate with the clinic team to meet and exceed client expectations.
Prepare various reports on client interactions and satisfaction.
