Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Sales Manager - Aviation & Charter Services
to lead sales initiatives, expand client relationships, and drive revenue growth in private aviation and charter services. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven sales track record, and an established network within aviation, corporate travel, and high-net-worth clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow charter aviation and related services
Identify, target, and acquire new corporate, VIP, and high-net-worth clients
Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, negotiations, and contract closure
Build and maintain long-term relationships with brokers, travel partners, and aviation stakeholders
Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
Collaborate with operations and flight teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management
Represent the company at aviation events, trade shows, and networking forums
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field
7+ years of proven sales experience in Aviation / Charter / Private Jet services
Strong understanding of charter operations, aircraft types, and aviation regulations
Existing client network in corporate travel, luxury travel, or aviation sectors (preferred)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
