Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly loan disbursement & revenue targets (PL, BL, HL, LAP)
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity
Develop sales strategy and area-wise business plans
Monitor team performance, pipeline, and conversion ratios
Build and manage key relationships with banks, NBFCs, DSAs, and channel partners
Ensure compliance with lending policies and process adherence
Improve turnaround time (TAT) and reduce rejection rates
Drive cross-selling of financial products
Prepare and review MIS, forecasts, and management reports.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in team handling and loan sales.
Excellent team management and leadership skills.
Strong communication and market knowledge.
Graduate in any discipline.
