Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction market
Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, consultants, and developers
Promote company products/services (construction materials, formwork, services, etc.)
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery
Track market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Proven experience in
construction sales / B2B sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Willingness to travel for site visits
Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
Preferred Background
Experience in construction materials, formwork, scaffolding, steel, cement, or related products
