Sales & Lead Generation Associate
to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable both in the office managing digital campaigns and out in the field meeting potential clients. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads through a mix of digital and field strategies, and converting them into long-term clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales cycle and digital marketing landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and in-person field visits.
Field Sales & Relationship Building:
Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet potential and existing clients, deliver compelling sales presentations, and build strong, lasting business relationships.
Digital Marketing Collaboration:
Coordinate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing) and support promotional activities/events.
Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact and lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
Client Needs Analysis:
Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses of existing and potential customers to recommend appropriate tailored digital marketing solutions.
CRM Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM software ([e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot]), and prepare regular sales forecasting reports for management.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, new digital marketing developments, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
Proven work experience in sales, preferably a blend of inside/field sales and lead generation. A track record of achieving sales quotas is essential.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and personable demeanor.
Digital Proficiency:
A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and proficiency in using CRM software and other digital communication tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, time-management, and analytical skills.
Logistics:
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for field sales activities (mileage reimbursement will be provided).
