Sales Manager
with proven experience in
hardcore sales
, specifically in
Loans, Credit Cards, and Insurance Products
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team, generating leads, and driving business growth through strong customer acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales for
personal loans, business loans, credit cards, and various insurance products
.
Lead and manage a team of sales executives, ensuring daily productivity and performance.
Generate leads through field visits, telecalling, digital channels, and referral sources.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent performance.
Provide complete product knowledge and financial guidance to customers.
Coordinate with backend teams for smooth loan processing, documentation, and approvals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and share updates with management.
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in selling
loans, credit cards, or insurance products
.
Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive targets.
Excellent team management and motivation skills.
Strong understanding of financial products and risk assessment.
Good knowledge of sales techniques and closing strategies.
Qualifications
Graduation (Any stream); MBA preferred.
3-7 years of experience in hardcore field sales or BFSI sector.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
