Key Responsibilities:
Make inbound & outbound calls to international and domestic clients
Present, promote, and explain services/products professionally in English and Hindi
Handle client questions, concerns, and objections effectively
Follow up with interested leads to close deals
Provide feedback on client requirements and market insights to the team.
Coordinate In-office Management
