Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and business objectives.
Identify and cultivate new customers in the
steel, foundry, logistics
, and related industrial sectors.
Promote and sell weighing systems, industrial equipment, and related solutions (if applicable).
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct regular field visits to industrial clients, plants, warehouses, and logistics hubs.
Understand client needs, prepare customized quotations, and negotiate contracts effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, service, and accounts) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support.
Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and new developments in target industries.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
Preferred Experience:
Prior exposure to selling
weighing systems, or industrial automation equipment

Established client network within
steel plants, foundries, and logistics companies

Experience handling both
direct industrial clients
and
distributor networks
.
