We are seeking an experienced

Sales Manager

with a strong background in the

logistics industry

to drive business growth and manage key client relationships. The role involves leading the sales team, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective coordination with operations and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business targets. Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining existing accounts. Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams for smooth service delivery. Conduct regular client meetings and visits to build long-term relationships. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in sales within the logistics industry (mandatory).

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to travel for client meetings and outstation visits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
