creative, confident, and results-driven Remote Sales Manager

based in

Delhi, India

, to help us generate new business and strengthen our online and client engagement presence.

Position Overview

We are seeking a

Sales Manager

with strong experience in

construction or real estate sales

,

social media management

, and

video-based marketing

.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable

speaking on camera

, creating

live and promotional videos

, and developing

innovative ideas to attract and engage commercial clients

.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop

new business opportunities

in commercial construction Build and maintain

strong relationships with clients, developers, and consultants

Conduct

virtual presentations, meetings, and follow-ups

Prepare and manage

quotations, proposals, and contracts

in coordination with the Canadian team Create and manage

live videos, client testimonials, and promotional introductions

to enhance brand visibility Confidently

speak on camera

to present company services and completed projects Generate

qualified leads

through online marketing and

close client deals

effectively Introduce

creative ideas and marketing strategies

to expand business and attract more commercial clients Collaborate with

estimating, project management, and media teams

for smooth coordination Track and report

sales performance, digital engagement, and lead conversions

Qualifications

Minimum

5 years of experience

in

sales or business development

(construction or real estate preferred) Proven experience in

social media management

and

video content creation

Confident in

front-camera presentations, live sessions, and testimonial videos

Strong

English communication, negotiation, and closing

skills Ability to develop and execute

creative marketing ideas

to grow client base Knowledge of

digital tools, CRM systems, and basic video editing

Highly

motivated, organized, and business-oriented
