We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Sales Manager
who possesses
complete knowledge of lubricant marketing and distribution
. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing distributor networks, and expanding market presence for the company's range of lubricants and greases.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for lubricants, greases, and specialty oils.
Identify and appoint distributors, dealers, and retailers in the assigned territory.
Manage primary and secondary sales to ensure consistent business growth.
Conduct regular market visits to strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and mechanics.
Plan and implement promotional activities such as mechanic meets, trade promotions, and branding initiatives.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify business opportunities.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy distributor ROI.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Train and guide the sales team to achieve organizational goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
