Sales Manager
to join our team and drive admissions growth.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Handle incoming leads through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Visit schools, colleges, and corporate offices to promote Inteligenes courses.
Create and implement growth strategies to increase student enrollment.
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and conversions in CRM or Excel sheets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to run effective promotional campaigns.
Represent Inteligenes professionally during seminars, counseling sessions, and events.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in
sales, counseling, or business development
, preferably in the education or training industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-driven with a passion for growth and target achievement.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (MBA preferred).
