Team & Operations Management
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
Manage regional sales teams, channel partners, distributors, and online sales associates.
Build a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
Customer & Market Focus
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor moves, and customer needs.
Ensure excellent customer experience across all touchpoints.
Digital & Offline Channel Oversight
Oversee online sales channels (website, e-commerce marketplaces, and digital sales funnels).
Manage offline retail operations, dealer networks, and direct sales initiatives.
Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize sales processes.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum
5-10 years of proven experience
in sales management or business development.
Strong background in handling
both online and offline sales operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
