Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing as per client needs.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals in line with company policies and profit margins.
Sales Planning & Target Achievement
Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Monitor performance and ensure timely achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inquiries, and client interactions in CRM or other systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Ensure all agreements, invoices, and client documents are complete and up to date.
Team Coordination (For Sales Manager)
Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve collective sales targets.
Provide training, motivation, and performance feedback to team members.
Allocate leads and monitor team performance on a regular basis.
Collaboration with Other Departments
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Share client feedback and market insights with management for service improvement and planning.
Compliance & Professional Conduct
Follow company sales policies, ethical standards, and operational guidelines.
Represent the company professionally in client meetings, events, and exhibitions.
