to lead sales efforts for our School Management Software (ERP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting potential school/institution clients, managing the sales pipeline, delivering product demonstrations, and building a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients (schools, educational institutions) through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and online research.
Schedule and deliver compelling
product demos
(online/offline) to decision-makers such as principals, school owners, and administrators.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets.
Build and lead a high-performing sales team: recruit, train, and motivate team members.
Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and outreach activities.
Maintain CRM and sales reporting tools to track leads, activities, and performance.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business growth.
Stay updated with product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
