Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to
increase company sales and revenue
.
Conduct
cold calling
, generate leads, and arrange
client meetings
.
Build and maintain
strong, long-term relationships with clients
.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with the
sales and digital marketing team
.
Utilize
digital marketing knowledge
to coordinate campaigns and enhance lead generation.
Lead and motivate the team with strong
managerial qualities
.
Ensure regular follow-ups with clients and achieve monthly/quarterly
sales targets
.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
.
Proven experience in
sales or business development
(managerial experience preferred).
Basic to intermediate understanding of
digital marketing tools and strategies
(e.g., social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email campaigns).
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
Ability to
lead, motivate, and manage
a performance-driven team.
Strong
goal-oriented mindset
with a focus on results and revenue growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
