Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fruit import and distribution sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Represent the brand professionally in the market.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in
sales management or business development
, preferably in FMCG, food, or fresh produce industries.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent numerical and analytical abilities with a target-driven mindset.
Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
